Make Chaos is a custom merch studio based in Peacehaven, East Sussex, in the UK. We print and embroider t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, bags, mugs and more with your logo or artwork, in-house, for businesses, bands, teams, events, creators and anyone ordering a one-off gift. We also run our own brands, including Pinkswag.

T-shirts, cropped tees, vests, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, beanies, socks, tote bags, large tote bags, bum bags, backpacks, mugs (including glitter mugs), metal water bottles, keyrings, bottle opener keyrings, coasters, 33cm clack fans and posters from A5 to A1.

DTF (direct to film) gives full-colour, photo-quality prints with a soft finish and works on almost anything, from 1 piece. DTG (direct to garment) prints straight into cotton, great for detailed colourful artwork. Embroidery stitches your logo for a premium, long-lasting finish on caps, beanies, hoodies and bags. Vinyl is crisp cut vinyl in solid colours, ideal for names, numbers and bold logos. Not sure? Pick one and we'll advise when we check your artwork.

No minimum for DTF, DTG and vinyl: you can order just 1 piece. Embroidery starts at 10 pieces. Prices drop at 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250 pieces.

Prices are shown live on every product page, including VAT, and update as you choose quantity, method and print positions. For example, a custom printed t-shirt is £18.00 for one, down to £9.54 each for 250+. A custom hoodie is £38.40 for one, down to £23.40 each for 250+. Your main print is included; extra prints such as a back or sleeve print are added per piece.

Yes. All prices on make-chaos.com include UK VAT at 20%. Your checkout shows the VAT and delivery separately.

Yes. A real person checks every piece of artwork and emails you a free digital proof showing the design, size and placement. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

You pay securely when you place a website order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (processed by Stripe). For custom quotes we email you a secure payment link. If your proof changes the price, we'll take the difference by payment link or refund it.

You can cancel any time before we start production and we'll refund what you paid, minus a £10.00 artwork and admin fee. Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind once printed. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or different from your approved proof, tell us within 14 days and we'll reprint, repair or refund it.

UK delivery is £5.94, and free on orders over £90.00. You can also collect your order free from our studio in Peacehaven, East Sussex (BN10).

It depends on the product, method and quantity. If you need your order by a certain date, add it when you order and we'll confirm whether we can meet it before anything is printed.

Website orders are delivered in the UK. We've shipped to 95+ countries for our brands and fulfilment clients, so for international orders just ask for a quote.

Yes: staff uniforms and workwear, event and festival merch, tour runs and brand drops, with price breaks from 10 pieces. We also offer merch fulfilment (we store, pick, pack and ship your stock), print on demand and fully managed online stores.

Yes. Tell us your idea, or send a sketch, and our studio can design it with you.

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG and PSD, up to 50 MB. High-resolution files or vector artwork give the best results. Bigger files can be emailed to hello@make-chaos.com.

Yes. Order just one, add a gift message, and we'll pack it gift-ready (1 to 5 pieces). Popular gifts include personalised mugs, t-shirts, water bottles and posters.

We print to order in the UK so there's no unsold stock, the studio runs on 100% renewable energy, and together with our brands we've planted 1,100+ trees and removed 6,600kg+ of CO2. See our climate commitment for details.
