Custom embroidery
Embroidery stitches your logo in thread for a premium, textured finish that outlasts any print. We turn your artwork into a stitch file (digitising) and sew it with commercial embroidery machines. It's the classic choice for caps, beanies, uniforms and workwear.

Custom embroidery FAQs
What is digitising and why is there a fee?
Digitising turns your artwork into a stitch file the machine can sew. It's done once per design, so it's a one-off fee and reorders don't pay it again.
Can any logo be embroidered?
Logos with flat colours and clean shapes work best. Gradients, photos and very fine text can't be stitched, but we can often simplify a design so it works.
What's the minimum order for embroidery?
10 pieces, or order a single sample first to check it.
Is embroidery more durable than printing?
Yes. Embroidery doesn't fade, crack or peel, and usually lasts as long as the garment.
