Sublimation printing
Sublimation turns special ink into a gas under heat, and it bonds permanently into polyester and specially coated products. Nothing sits on the surface, so the design can't crack or peel, and it can run edge to edge, like a full wrap around a mug.

Sublimation printing FAQs
What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation uses heat to turn ink into a gas that bonds into polyester or coated surfaces, creating a permanent, full-colour print.
Can you print all the way around a mug?
Yes. Sublimation lets your design wrap around the mug, almost to the handle on both sides.
Will the print wash off?
No. The ink becomes part of the surface, so it won't crack, peel or wash off.
Can I sublimate onto cotton?
No, sublimation only works on polyester or coated items. For cotton, choose DTF or DTG.
